Poor Service Vodacom

What is happening to Vodacom? Their service is getting worse the Telkom's 8TA. We live in Byrne just outside Ricmond, KwaZulu Natal. For the last 6 months, we've been having problems with cellphone. We are all logging this on Hello Peter. They are quick to respond but do NOTHING about the problem. And it's not only in KZN. They are going to loose at least 200 customers in Byrne if they don't fix this
