Poor service vodacom
I am pulling my hair out I am struggling with my phone and laptop connectivity and all I get is a stupid bot. I am suck of vodacom lack of customer service, they have stuck two fingers up at their customers.. I call on EVERY Vodacom customer to move networks, never have I experienced such discontempment for their own customers. Down with vodacom

20 Jul 2020, 16:26I have tried repeatedly to phone their call centre and there is no one yoh get put through to sms bot or a what's app bot, I have a technical issue which I can't resolve as there are no people. I urge everyone to leave vodacom goto cell c or mtn because anything is better than this.. It is quite strange though same area yet cell c or mtn do not have issues.. So I suggest every one leave vodacom
