Poor service, unreliable

Three weeks ago i enquired if i qualify for cellphone contracts, apparently i do for up to R1750, i app**** for Iphone 11 they sent me sms stating that they gonna call me since then i app**** nothing has happened their service is very poor and I'm disappointed
