Poor service trying to sort out airtime loss after a new battery was installed.

I installed a new battery on my cell and within 2 days my airtime balance of +- R 650.00 was gone. No settings were changed on the phone as I hardly use my mobile 100mb data to go on the internet. I use my WIFI ADSL router at home for this. I contacted the call centre and was send from one person to another trying to see what was going on. It looks like my artime was used on the internet, but no specifics were given about it....I wanted to know how this was possible as I was not on the internet.....what websites were visited.......was my phone hacked.....etc. Someone promised to phone me back, this did not happen and I received a sms with reference number for the query 1- ********** 00771 on the 28/11/2016. Yesterday I went Vodacom at The Grove as no one had come back to me. Two staff members tried to assist me , telling me the internet used all the airtime....could get no specifics from them either. I also received a sms stating that the query had now been closed. This I find totally unaccetable. If one goes into my account you will see how often I am on the internet....hardly ever. Can anyone assist me.

Thank you Elroy for sorting out this issue.

It was such a pity that I had to resort to using Hello Peter and Facebook to get some sort of response......customer care does need attention.
