poor service to customer

got and LG G4 from vodacom via a OBF on my Huawei Device, in april 2016. i have had problems with device and bypassed it until mid July this year i took in in to the Repair centre in Durban and they sent it to the ARC in jhb the phone over heats , the battery dont last half a day even when i recive a call it heats up, once phone was sent to vodacom in jhb i called and sent them emails requesting for the device to be changed back to the huawei brand but moments later the day phone was repaired as they say and was sent back to durban and the constlant took her own sweet time to get back to me in order to delay my request and to give me the same useless device, the device came back and i collected from Durban Repairs and i maded it clear to Portia at the ARC at jhb that if this happens again i want the device replace as its less than 6 months old.

on the 10th of septemeber i rebooked it in for the same issue as i had enough as i cant make calls as my ear over heat with the handset heat, when i booked it in on my job card i requested that the device be exchanged and i also sent a email that day on the 12th septemeber 2016 a guy by the name of Divan replies back saying that only once they receve the device then only they can address the Issue. so i gave them the whole week on the 19 septemeber i call and spaek to Divan and he requested additional infor on my old Huawei device which i gave to him, still no feedback no mail then that afternoon i get a mail that the phone has been dispatch back to durban reapired i have then sent them and email stating that i wont accept the device as now im upset and i want my money back , i have then called vodacom in durban and requested that they send the handset back as im accepting the handset as its a waste to me and i want the money back and i rather purchjase from another network.

@vodacomconsumer

this is the responce i got back today which as a customer i dont accept as long as it is a new device i should be intitle to recieve a replacement.

Unfortunately we will not be able to assist with an cross model exchange on your device (switching back to the Huawei device). When your original device was processed for a CPA OBF a credit was sent to the store so that you can select a new device. Unfortunately your contract is now out of the CPA time period, the first 6 months from date of purchase, so we are unable to assist with your request.

We will only be able to assist from a standard manufacturing warranty standpoint.

When I spoke to the product specialist regarding your initial cross model exchange it was said to be an courtesy from the manufacturer and that they are not able to assist with another such request.

I apologise that we weren’t able to assist you in the way that you requested.

Your device has since been returned to the store and received a software upgrade.

Please test the device in store.

i have not ********** as per Divan's Mention on his email as he cannot assist me,

if a device is open at store and less than 6 month regardless of it was replaced by a different supplier it should also have a cpa warranty to it as its new and not a 2nd hand unit,

vodacom should understand that!
