Poor service they will just say they logged a SR and close it without telling you problem

Matter has not resolved I went to their store in maponya mall to not get assistance in issue for WiFi they told no technician will come to my place the call centre is charging me an termination fee while issue is on their side no one seems to care I regret taking Vodacom WiFi taking matter to the ombudsman I’ve been very calm
