Poor Service Standards

On separate occasions, I visited the 2 Vodacom stores in Bayside & in the 1 instance was greeted by an obnoxious sales representative about where to queue which would then place me behind several people that arrived me & where no de-markation has been noted of the instore process after waiting at the counter for a while. <br> <br> The other store just ignores you & sales representatives are busy for indefinite periods & make no attempt to advise when they will attend to you resulting in myself & several others walking out as it's ridiculous to wait to purchase an accessory & queue for 30 minutes to do so.
