Poor service, rude customer service consultants, no feedback

Vodacom suspended my phone lines on the 08 June 2016, when I phoned to inquire what it was for I was told my account was in arrears of R235.00, I disputed that because last month I paid R580.00 and I was owing R477.00, so I had a credit of R103.00 which went to my current contract of R80.00 for airtime and data. I probably spoke to 10 consultants and 2 supervisors and of which of those consultants where more than 6 that were very rude and some dropped the calls on me. I explained my situation to one supervisor and she told me that I owe that amount because I had returned debit orders and I said I have been paying cash as the account I used for the debit order had been closed for 6 - 8 months, which I phoned Vodacom and made them aware and was told it was cancelled on the system and every time I phoned for something when they verify my details they always ask how do I pay my account and I would say cash, then I was told by the supervisor that the correct procedure was not followed, there is a form i was supposed to complete and I told her the consultant didn't tell me that, she then gave me a ref number (S3-GXC9R-R9US) and said the matter should be sorted by 10 June 2016. When it was not sorted I phoned the call centre again on the 11th June 2016 and was taken from pillar to post and eventually told by one of the consultants when i wanted to speak to a manager or supervisor that my matter is not a supervisor or manager matter, I left it at that and called again on the 13 June 2016 and learned that my account was credited with R100.00, i asked what that was for because I have not received any correspondence from Vodacom and she said it was the returned debit order and I was still disputing the rest of the amount and was told to speak to the customer center again because collections cannot help, where as I was refereed to collections from the customer center, I am being send from one place to another and when the consultants speak to you, they are rude and tell you there is nothing they can do. This is the worst service I have received ever and the consultants need to be trained in customer service and products that are offered and as well as knowing where to direct you when you have a problem.

It’s the 14 June 2016 and I am yet to get an explanation.
