Poor service resulting in high costs

Vodacom is the most unprofessional service provider I have ever dealt with. I have been in contact with them since 13/05/2020 with a migration issue to date none of that has happened. I followed up and all I get is that my query has been escalated to someone senior those people haven’t done a single thing.What do you do when your account keeps incurring costs which you’ve been tried to avoid in the first place.Im disgusted by the service I’m receiving from these people.
