Poor service/repairs

Phone went in for no network ,came back after few weeks just had phone for a month the same problem again like the first time ,sent phone back again and battery only last one day sent phone back fix phone and gave new battery.In December holidays phone got warm in pants pocket and switch off take phone back wait for phone for months receive message that phone is at shop arrive at shop phone not there had to go back after a week finally got phone arrive at home and phone shows network pin lock went back to store again nobody can fix the phone.The phone is at this moment not fix and nobody is communicating as what is the status of the phone or what is happening.This is going on for months now and it is a new phone only had it for 4 months .The phone has been at the repairs more than what it has been with means also was promise a loan phone still waiting also. <br>
