Poor service regarding repairs to be undertaken
My phone started giving problems after a Operating System update. Sent in for repairs against Insurance Claim. Insurance. The insurance insist this is software problem and wanted to charge me. I eventually had to get the Samsung Repair Centre to give a quote advising it was in fact a hardware problem. Now my big problem is to get Vodacom to accept this, arrange for the insurance to pay for the repairs and return my phone fully repaired.
This is the reason we take out insurance.
Unfortunately it would appear as though Vodacom has a number of *********** staff members in their Call Centre's who keep on providing incorrect contact e-mail addresses for any complaints, Since complaints seem to be a problem for Vodacom, why not put a dedicated mail address/telephone number on a website to make things easier for their client's? And that such clients can speak to persons who can really make a difference.
My complaint has now been sent to your complaint area at [Email Removed] who do not appear to even send an acknowledgement of receipt or a reference number!!
