POOR SERVICE PROVIDER

<p> Let me start by saying this to this poor service provider the reason why customers port out to different providers is because of the bad service only GOOD SERVICE will never scare away the customers but will bring more of them</p> <p>> 1.every contact we have with customer influences whether or not they’ll come back we have to be great every time or we’ll lose them .<br /><br />By :kevin stirtz<br /><br />2.ALL THOSE WORKING FOR THIS BAD SERVICE PROVIDER KEEP THIS IN MIND :CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT A DEPARTMENT ITS AN ATTITUDE<br /><br />I NEED TO SCORE THIS USELESS SERVICE PROVIDER AS FOLLOWS<br /><br />> 1.EFFICIENT…0<br />><br />> 2.RELIABLE…..0<br />><br />> 3.QUALITY …0<br />><br />> 4SERVICE ..0<br />><br />NOW LETS START WITH THE BIG ISSUE WITH VODACOM ///////?/??//?////?<br /> For the past 3 months complaining of one thing and not getting any responds am getting useless team leaders and stupid consultants who are trained to lie and to mislead customers who are not well trained.<br /><br />> My contract number is being suspended for the past 3 months and when I call am taken from one department to another cause no one is able to solve this and the problem was caused by Vodacom .vodacom are the one who migrated my other number to prepaid cause the contract ended and after 2 months of migrating the number Vodacom debited my account incorrectly saying I have a laptop deal with a the same number that was migrated how possible is that ?till today no one was able to answer that the only thing that Vodacom is best on is to PASS A BUCK the other number that is now suspended I need that number to be migrated to prepaid ASAPS I no longer need this number to be on contract I asked for all the recording for all my conversation with Vodacom and till today am waiting cause they know the fault was done by them.i have lost business cause of this STUPID MISTAKE .am no longer going to pay for this phone cause it was suppose to end in November I have taken this issue with my lawyers as Vodacom refuse to assist on this matter<br /><br />I spoke to Elroy on the 29 june 2016 he said he will be back with more information but till today I’ve heard nothing from him</p> <p>As am tired of complaning and not getting any responds from you people am going to spread this across different newspapers and my lawyer is busy is it also while still waiting for those recordings <br /><br />> This is a contract phone and if I do not get a response from Vodacom within 24 hours telephonically then please see this contract as nil and void as Vodacom is not delivering from their side. How is the customer service where the customer is suppose to phone after the provider?? Speaks a thousand words of their customer service "</p> <p>Ii called their useless call center and i was told if you want to complain fell free to call the head office or write them an email and this is what i was given: ********** on this i got a shock of my life another unproffesional person and the email was ********** heeee the respond i got was THIS EMAIL ADDRESS CANNOT BE FOUND </p> <p>my 1st complaint was on the 13/may/2016</p> <p>second was 20/june/2016</p> <p>thirdly at 25/july/2016</p> <p>fourth was 08 aug 2016</p> <p>last one is this one and if i dnt get a respond i will say vodacom are one ******** service provider who dont give a danm about the customers </p>
