Poor service online and Carletonville shop
I wanted to take out a contract (Huawei P smart 2021 with R175 airtime per month for R175pmx24). They didn't get back to me for the last 2 months as I app**** several times. When I phoned them, they tell me that they are out of stock. I went to Vodacom in Carletonville, and they said they will let me know when they get new stock in. (This was end of last month) Today I went there again as they didn't get back to me, but now the contract has expired on the 6th of June and now suddenly they have in stock. I feel, I did everything to get the contract, but Vodacom didn't want to help me by all means.

17 Jun 2021, 09:19Why even bother to call me in regards to my query if you can't even resolve the issue. YOU DIDN'T HAVE STOCK WHEN YOU HAD THE DEAL ON. Now that the Deal is not on anymore YOU SUDDENLY HAVE STOCK, BUT STILL DON'T FEEL LIKE YOU NEED TO PROVIDE ME WITH THE DEAL. Is it my fault you had a promotion that YOU DON'T WANT TO DO?
