Poor service on online upgrades

I have been trying to upgrade my number *** since 11 Feb. Which was cancelled by the system. I was not contacted. I called on the 15th and then they assisted me telephonically and today I call to follow up and again it has not been upgraded. Does vodacom not want business. The right thing to do was to call me back and advise that the upgrade didn't take
