Poor service of Vodacom (
Vadocom is useless. Since the 20th of March 2023 I have been experiencing Vodacom Fibre downtime in my house and I have reported this matter to them, and they have been promising that technicians will come and attend the matter. Today is 27 March 2023 and they never send any technician.

29 Mar 2023, 07:59I am still maintaining my statement that Vodacom is useless service provider. They promise me that a consultant will contact me, even today no one called me. I am still do not have an internet. They just make an empty promise. Now I have 2 weeks without an internet.
