Poor service/no service

I went to jabulani vodacare on the 10th April 2016 to book in my cellphone for repairs. The gug who assisted me told me he could not trace my cell phone with the mie number and requested a slip of purchase for the cell phone. The cellphone was an upgrade from April so requesting a slip from me was shocking. Furthermore, i told the guy i did not have the slio anymore he said i should go where i purchased the phone and ask for a slip. Again this isban inconvenience. Eventually he told me that he will not be able to assist me with the phone i should go to the store which is not a vodacare might i add. I drove al the way to jabulani to get my phone fixed and left with no help whatsoever and i am still stuck with a phone that is under warantee and damaged. Please advise where customers should take phones if not at vodacare where they can easily trace the contract and assist.

I received a call from vodacom forgot the name of the person who told me to take my phone to south gate and not jabulani mall as they have a bad reputation. Surprisingly enough vodacom is aware of this yet jabulani vodacare is still operating. All good i drive to southgate go to the vodacom shop and to my surprise theres no vodacare at southgate. This is very disappointing considering it was a vodacom resolutions employee that directed me there. I hace been inconvenienced in so many ways because of this matter and i am very unhappy with the little or no asdistance from vodacom
