Poor Service, No Feedback, No Communication

I am so not impressesed with Huawei. I booked my P10 Lite in for repairs at Canal Walk. The lady that assisted us told me its probably the battery and that on certain Huawei phones the battery does not last a full two years. With the booking in of my phone she told me that it will take 5 - 7 days. The phone was booked in on 13 July and I received a message after some days indicating that my device is now at the repair line and tehy are working hard to get it processed., After that I received a message saying that they are awaiting a part for the device. I then waited a few more days for feedback but to no avail so I started calling the call centre but nobody could assist me. The team leader Ithumeleng is trying to give me feedback but to no avail. It was was a hopeless process as I spoke to so much agents and they all were not capable of assisting. I was promised that the manager would return my call but never did. One agent would not give the managers name and said she is on the phone. I spoke to Izak who said he would return my call and would ask his manager Shafton to return my call which he never did. Ithumeleng has emailed CanalWalk and the manager Tarryn Burger on 23 July 2019 and today 29 July, there has been no response and I still do not know what is actually wrong with my device and part they are waiting for. This is poor poor service and so terribly disappointing. I mean what exactly do they do to satisfy customers. There is no dignity and no pride in anything that gets done anymore. I am furious.
