Poor service network
I have never called in to a useless customer care centre like Vodacom. I was ****** yesterday and they took all my phones.I called mtn and did a sim swap with them and it was successfully, unfortunately I can’t say the same with this stupid network. I have been trying to get through to them for the entire morning with no luck, no agents available to speak to over the phone and also no agents available on live chat! I have never been this frustrated in my life!
