Poor service from Vodocom

We presently have 9 business cellphones through Vodocom....for almost a month we have had no reception on our farm, after 5 calls to the help centre and 1 five minute visit from a Vodocom technician we are still waiting for someone to assist us.....Maybe its time to move to a more reliable cellphone company, even your call centre seems to think this would be better....obviously they know how bad your service is.
