Poor service from Vodacom Store
I was in a Vodacom store on Saturday 13th March, the store being located at Rosebank Mall, Johannesburg Gauteng. The front of house attitude of the manageress, being Mpho, was appalling. Sullen, uninterested, unwelcoming, unfriendly, and rude. Have been a vodacom customer since 1987.... won't ever set foot in Voacom Rosebank Mall again.
