Poor service from Vodacom / Rewards Co

I received a call in November about a wifi router data deal from Rewards Co (obo Vodacom) which I entered into. Realised that I was misled by the sales person, I have been trying to cancel the deal since December 2016. The recording was listened to by Rewards Co and I was advised in December that they have cancelled the contract and arrangements will be made to pick up the device from me, however I am still being debited for the amount of the contract by Vodacom. After making numerous queries I have not received proper feedback from either Vodacom or Rewards Co. Pathetic service from both parties

Its been 10 days since my complaint on hellopeter and neither Vodacom nor the Rewards Company has had the decency to contact me regarding my grievance. I am utterly frustrated and disappointed with the lack of service from Vodacom and the Rewards Company.
I was advised in November by the Rewards Company that the 5GB wifi router contract had been cancelled (this after them having reviewed the telephonic conversation), they indicated that I will be credited with the premiums that Vodacom had already deducted and that arrangements will be made for the delivery company to collect the unopened device (wifi router & sim card) from me.
I am still being billed R199 each month (which they've added onto my current contract subsciption of R459 per month) and nobody has come to collect the device. I make numerous phone calls to Vodacom and nobody can seem to assist me. All they do is log queries and request that someone contact me. This is actually a disgrace.
The reference number for my last phone call to Vodacom is 1-2J5K-1114. Prior to that the reference number was 1-***937. The reference number of my initial call was 1-3 ********** 2828.
I requested that I be contacted on the number ********** , as the number for the contract in question ********** is a data sim.
In addition I noticed that my Vodacom statements are now being posted to my work address (the address that I supp**** to the Rewards Company for delivery of the device) at no point did I request that my statements be posted to me at this address. Prior to this all my statements were posted to me at my private P.O. Box address.
I do not wish to receive the standard default message in response to this complaint from Vodacom (like I did a week ago), get off your behind and actually investigate this complaint and contact me directly to resolve it.

Vodacom you are hereby notified that I will be putting a stop payment on my monthly premiums at Standard Bank. It seems debiting ones account comes way too easily as opposed to resolving customers complaints/issues
