Poor service from Vodacom Repair centre Lakeside Mall for water damaged S60 waterproof phone

Sent my CAT S60 in for repair at Vodacom Likeside Mall for water damage. The phone is waterproof rated to 5m. Vodacom Lakeside says they are unable to repair under waranty because they cannot find proof where I bought the phone. I however recieved the phone on upgrade in July 2018. This information is well documented with Vodacom and confirmed when I called them. This also took a week for them to work out that this was an issue. Service was very bad.
