Poor service from Vodacom online

Very poor service received from Vodacom I completed an online application and was advised sent my documents same day -21/01 22/01 i was asked to resend my id copy in pdf- which i did 25/01 i was advised that my documents have been uploaded 28/01 i called in and was told to wait for 48 hours 01/02 i called in - held for 30 mins, only to be told , my appliation is closed.

CLOSED WITH NO FURTHER CONTACT OR IMFORMATION FROM VODACOM.

Is this how you do business. If i do not qualify , i would expect some sort of email to this effect - Is that not how you do business?
