Poor service from Vodacom Online

We placed an order on the Vodacom website. They cancelled the order without our approval and without informing us.

When we follow up about the order, they keep on saying we cancelled the order and they are refusing to assist us and supply us with our order.

Very bad service from vodacom and no one ever phones back.
