Poor service from Vodacom insurance

I've never had a problem in my life with Vodacom and I won't stop using it because of the amazing service I'm getting from them

But now I recently lost my phone through theft, and I was happily assisted by Katlego. But the problem I have is with the insurance claimers, they were supposed to get back to him till today so I can take further steps. Mind you I use that phone for my personal business and now I gotta wait for people who don't want to do their job? Please intervene and allow Vodacom consultants to get assisted from the higher team so we all happy
