Poor service from vodacom for long standing customer

I have a complaint about vodacom poor service, I called in to take out a new contract, I was assisted by Jared on the 23 July 2021 he then informed me the phone will be delivered within 7 working days. After the call I received a SMS to say that the device that I app**** for is out of stock, but Jared did not inform me of this while on the call. I called back the same day and spoke to a lady who informed me yes the phone is out of stock and will only be available in two weeks I asked her if Jared could call me back... Jared never called me back so I waited until the 2 August and then called vodacom back because still no feed back I asked the gentlemen to ask Jared to call me back. Jared then called me back and he then said he will have to see about the stock and call me back, later that afternoon Jared called me back and said that there is now stock and that he spoke to the courier people and he promises the phone will be deliver by Friday 6 August 2021, I then waited and waited no delivery I called in again and then spoke to Amanda who then said but she can give me a better deal on the shame device I said ok can she call me back in an hour which he promised to do, surprise she never called me back, I then called back and asked that either Jared or Amanda call me back but still till today no one has called me back I tried to call the same department again today but I held on for 10min and no one picked up... I am very u hapoy about the service that I am receiving from vodacom as I have been a customer of theirs for many years. I would like to confirm what will be done on this matter as I feel I would rather cancel all my contracts with vodacom and go over to telkom rather or one of the other mobile networks.
