Poor Service from Vodacom Fibre contact centre

Pathetic service received from Vodacom fibre customer centre, they don’t know when they will dispatch a technician to assist with my query , they don’t know how long the issue will take to be resolved , i was told That I’m not the only customer with the issue as if that should make me feel better , I was also told that since I’ve been using Vodacom I should know that it takes this long to get the issue sorted I can still not believe this type of response from the team leader
