Poor service from vodacom fibre

Had fibre installed today from vodacom, Internet doesn't work, when I call vodacom they say that they don't know why the Internet isn't working and that was it, no effort at all from their side to find out or rectify problem.

Your responses are all lies, haven't been contacted by anyone, problem hasn't been sorted out. Vodacom is useless
