Poor service from Vodacom

I was unfortunately not able to pay my account on time in October 2019, the first time ever i defaulted due to unforeseen circumstances, my husband was in hospital at the time and could not transfer the money in time. I tried to make an EFT payment thereafter but i was not successfull as it would not go through. I then promised to pay however no one from Vodacom phoned me back to assist on how to do it again via EFT. I noticed on my invoice that i was double billed which was okay as i had made arrangements to have the money available in my account. On the 29 November 2019 my line was suspended. On the 30 November the debit order of R1405 went through however it is now the 4 December 2019. And my line is still suspended. I phoned numerous times and had no help. Even though the consultant on the phone could see that the payment was gone through they refused to unlock it. I emailed the proof on Monday 2 December 2019 and it was still unopened. Today i called at 11 am and they said i must wait 4 hours. the call is recorded and the consultant said she cannot do anything further. I just feel as a big company this service is very poor. i was spoken to rudely by the last consultant who went on to say "if you want it done on the phone now you have to hold on for 4 hours" because i asked to have it done immediately. she further said that " i must make sure my account is paid on time in future" this was the first time i had defaulted. I am not happy with vodacom and will never take out another contract with them for future.
