Poor service from Vodacom

Im contracted to Vox Telecom which is using vodacom infrastructure. I have reported a technical issue for now 2 weeks and have had no response. Vodacom simple don't care. At one point i had to cancel my contract and was forced to come back as it is the only infrastructure available at our estate. I feel I am being held at ransom here im working at home and also home schooling. Everything is not working for now 2 weeks.
