Poor service from Vodacom Data Store

I went to Tygervalley Data Store on 13 March 2025 to switch to an esim. Shock December paid R25.00 yesterday R185.00 increase of R160.00 I waited the 3 hours receive my QR code but not the pin. I phoned the datastore and then it was send. I then try to add the esim which it said unsuccessfull. I again phoned the datastore Anthea she requested me to come in again. While she was busy Lyle assisted me and sended the QR code again then it did not allow me to enter a pin. I then realised he sended the wrong phone number QR code which I have proof. Then they said they must give me a simcard again. Then a women of Vodacom phoned. My hell who can remember phone numbers of 20 years back so I failed these stupid questions. I again phoned Anthea she suggest I come in today 14 March which I did. Guess what the number is block. Now who block it anyway then I was told no they have my details this will be fixed at 3pm at 15h22 I phoned Anthea she tells me they busy with it will take another 10 min good its now another 40 min and I do not have a sim card nor an esim and no phone call. This is pathetic service from Vodacom

Just after 4pm I once phone again. Telling me the physical sim is now activated strange no phone call from vodacom or stupid security questions. Oh yes and then was told the esim is now requested again no calls. Thats fine. Lets see if I receive in 3 hours the QR code and pin. Will take this matter further this is not how clients get treated. Then they want to know why clients get furious. Because of they not doing things correct. December I requested my cell nr is wrong they have a data nr as my nr yesterday discovered this was not done. So this was requested again and again vodacom phoned for security guess what on 14 March this is still not rectified
