Poor service from Vodacom Customer care

I dropped my phone and damaged the screen. It was insured so I contacted the Vodasure and they said I must bring it in to the nearest Vodashop. That is Port Elizabeth as I stay in Alexandria , which is a 100km from Port Elizabeth. The first lady that tried to help me was friendly ,but could not solve my problem. She called another lady that was standing at the door to assist. She was so rude to me and basically told me to go to the other store at Green Acres. I found out that both stores belong to the same owner, and thus have the monopily in Port Elizabeth. I found an agency in Walmer that was prepared to help me and were very friendly. I have written twice to Vodacom customer care about this incident and they have not responded at all. It is a case of " we are strong and could not care about your R3000.00 a month that you pay." I think that is a very poor show from the stores and from Vodacom customer care. Nico van Niekerk ********** 488
