Poor service from Vodacom contract deals

As a long loyal vodacom cellphone contract customer for close to 15 years now. The service i received really took me from 7 to 0 in the past two months. Holding three contracts with them and asking to terminate one from November 2024 since it was ending in December 2024 and beeing promised that all is in order contract cancelation has been submitted all is good. Now its January 2025 noticed that the same contract i inquired about its still running and the bill showing that i still need to pay. This is really a bad service and as service provider myself wouldn't give someone such, it's like ****ming people of their hard earned money.
