Poor service from Vodacom

I am no trying to get assistance from Vodacom close to two weeks I even sent a mail to the office of the CEO Mr Azziz to no avail I bought a phone from Voda world and they charged me for a screen protector when I bought a cover it did not fit and the screen protector lifted up I took the phone back and they removed the screen protector and put a soft screen protector on, the the phone fell and the screen broke. I have bought lots of phones from Voda world before no issues with the screen protector, the phones fell a couple of times no issues Please assist me urgently can't see anything on the screen
