Poor Service from Vodacom

I tried buying Prepaid Electricity from Vodacom online on the 12/01/2020. So I purchase the Voucher. Money was debited but I never received a voucher. I have been on the phone with Vodacom for days now.. They promised to refund me as soon as possible. Today is the 12/05/2020 and no refund. Shocking. This evening I received another sms from Vodacom ..another debit of R1000. Whats going on? Vodacom. Please help
