Poor service from Vodacom

Hi all. Vodacom is letting me down of late. I have reported a probleem to them for more than a month now. I phone 4 times and launched a covarige fault online 4 times. I get no assistente. I have poor network at my house. It is LTE yet I het 1.5 to 0.5 mbps download. On a good Day it hoes up tp 5. I have upload of 2 - 5mbps. Ping of 1000 and jitters of up to 2500. And the signal is unstable. 30km away with the same device I get 0 jitters and download of up to 30mbps. They keep on giving me the rin around. Promising to escelate to the back Office. And sending me a thecnisian. It has been 5 weeks and still no call back. No technician. I am loesing 100gig data every month because I cant use it. It takes 30min for a website to load. I cant live stream OR watch dstv now in HD. I am sick and tired of this useless network and I have been with them for more than 20 years.
