poor service from Vodacom and Ram couriers

I was at a vodacom store at Newmarket mall on Sunday 01/12/2019 waited for a n hour to be helped and after an hour other people walked in and where helped before us so we left. Monday called vodacom to upgrade on line witch went well said the phone will arrive in 24 to 48 hours it been more than 48 hours when i called vodacom they said now 3 to 5 working days there automated message said next day delivery till no avail i still have not received the phone.
