Poor service from VODACOM

Vodacom consultants are very ***********, even their supervisors, they billed me an amount of R2499 for a contract of R259 a month, i call them daily and they give me a different story daily, they are failing to resolve my issue and when i ask to speak to the manager they either cut the call or put me through to their survey line to rate their service
