Poor Service from Vodacom

Poor service from Vodacom. I've app**** for a vodacom contract over the phone 23rd january, the lady asked me to send my payslips bank stats and id, which i've done same time. (cadonlinedocs) On the 2/2/2024 I was asked to start the process all over. Its really the poorest service I received in a long time. Nobody cares, Nobody bothers! ! ! The problem is they did TWO ITC hard searches that is affecting my credit scoring, obviously nobody is thinking about that, and still I dont have any outcome on the process ! ! ! !
