Poor service from vodacom

I am trying to get vehicle finance and I need a settlement letter from vodacom, I paid vodacom in full and I no longer use that number and when I go the the vodacom branches they tell me that they're only a franchise and they cannot assist me. It is very difficult to get assistance from vodacom when you need it but they are quick to get you into taking out a new contract
