Poor service from Vodacom 60 days complaint on going

Extremely disappointed with Vodacom services. I have had numerous failed call backs from agents and managers. On 8/01/2019 at 10:10 I spoke to lebogang to negotiate a settlement amount on my Vodacom that has impacted my credit score for almost 10 years and Lebogang confirmed that my balance is zero. I was given ref no : i ********** 4 and ref number was confirmation that I am not owing Vodacom any money and promised to send me a paid up letter in 24 hours

On 22/01/2019 I spoke to Portia and she said on the system they had wrong email address. Corrected the address and promised me that the letter will be sent on the right email and within the end of the shift.

In Tuesday 19/02/2019 I spoke to zolile and said: the email was sent and its not vodacom's fault for why I did not get their paid up letter. Zolile also promised me that he will arrange for me to speak with manager ( Patricia Jake ). However Patricia Jack did not call me back

I spoke to customer services on the 22/02/19 Thato Kgetsi who logged a formal complaint with ref: EC-1RVH-2060AW and someone will call me with with a resolution with in 24 hours. I have still not received my letter confirming the balance being zero. My credit report still shows the balance outstanding. I still have not recieved a call back from Zolile or Patricia Jack.

2 months later of my initial request and I am still waiting for my letter.

And not to mention I asked to speak to the legal team to confirm my letter is being processed and the client collections team transfered me to TransUnion IVR.

Nobody seems to give a dam about helping me resolve my account with Vodacom. With baring in mind my initial call was to negotiate a settlement amount.

I will be seeking legal action by who regulates these complaints as I have be begging for a letter for almost 60 days which is ridiculous.

I'm again begging anyone to please help me in the right direction. I am desperate to clear my name and the employees at Vodacom seems to be taking every opportunity fool me around.

If anybody can help. Please call me on ********** 351 or if any lawyer finds my case appealing to take on please email me on ********** because at this point I am desperate and extremely upset with how I am being treated against my rights as a consumer. I will never do business with Vodacom again and as for my family and friends. Stay away from Vodacom if you know what's good for you.
