Poor service from Vodacom

Am experiencing a very bad service from Vodacom as a contract client logged 2 (*** + ***) calls and all marked as resolved without talking to me or even trying to contact me. then the Vodacom shop @ Wonderpark advised to do a sim swap oping it will fix the problem. Still no luck. Tried to call vodacom 082315 and told that all is working and did a speed test which resulted in 0.02Mbps download and 2.84Mbps Uploadand then they say cannot find any problem.

They refuse to cancel the Contract yet am not getting any service from them...
