Poor service from Vodacom

I have been subscribed to a "Hunky Dory" site,without my authorisation and it depleted my airtime.After speaking to a consultant,with very poor feedback,I still dont have the response I needed.I can see from other clients reviews that there are many that had the same problem.This is totally unacceptable and very poor service.
