Poor service from Vodacom

I have contacted Vodacom many times regarding very poor reception at my home. It is so poor that I have to go into my garden to answer or make calls. They answered that they are were of the signal reception problem in my area. Apart from that I have received no solution to this problem for the past 5 months. Incredible service from "the best cell service provider"
