Poor service from vodacom

I have been calling customer care over 3 months and still have not resolved my issue. Thet keep sayn their service team will call me back however i have received 1 call. Problem was not solved and has since called in several times been told the same thing and no follow up to date. My talking points has been 2892 since early 2017. No one seems to know how to resolve this problem. Your urgent attention would be appreciated.
