Poor service from vodacom

<p>I recently took a new contract with vodacom on line sales for iPhone6. They delivered the phone to me in Thursday 22 June. On signing up, I requested that they do a sin swap of my pre-paid number into contract. Upon delivery, I noticed that they did not include the sim with the phone. Was advised to get a contract SIM card from voda shop & the sim swap will be processed. My ref is1/ ********** ********** .</p>
