Poor service from Vodacom

On 30/6/16, I visited "My Vodacom" online to check the amount of data I had left on my internet wifi device ********** 122). I found it depleted and purchased a 3Gig data bundle online (like I have done countless times before). I repeated the same on the 13th of July and on the 21st of July. I usually receive a confirmation email of the purchase, the lot. On the 22nd of July, I (for the sake of interest) checked whether my data bundle was activated as my usage was exceptionally high. I, once again, foud my data depleted. I then went into my purchase history and have found that all 3 purchases that I have made has been cancelled. I phoned 111 ( on Friday, 22 July) and spoke to someone that told me that the matter needs to be escalated to the "Back Office" which will "contact me within 48 hours". I was told that I am using out-of-bundle data and am paying a higher rate for that. I then purchased a 2Gb bundle with this person. The person told me that someone will call me by COB on Monday. Needless to say, No-one called me. On Monday, 25 July, I found an email address to complain, was directed to an online complaint link. I logged my complained and received an automated email response to which I had to answer security questions. A lady phoned me back promptly and I explained my problem to her. She saw in the Vodacom system that, indeed, a service call was made by me on the 22nd of July, but the complaint was NOT escalated to the "Back Office". I was told that the complaint will be dealt with within 48 hours as she is also escalating it to the "Back Office". By Wednesday, 27 July (COB) I called 111 again, repeated my problem, and was told that the complaint was logged to the "Back Office" and that I will be called by Friday the 29th of July. I again bought a 2Gb data bundle with this person to try keep my account in check. Today, 31 July 2016, my data account stands on R2290.84 whereas it usually is only a few hundred rands. Needless to say, I am still waiting for a service call from Vodacom to rectify the situation where I bought 9 Gb of bundles which was never activated. I, therefore am left no other option to use the only forum known to me to complain about the poor service delivery of Vodacom. I must add that the operators that answerd my 111 service calls was friendly and tried their best to be helpful.
