Poor Service from Vodacom

I moved overseas and contacted Vodacom in February 2016 to cancel my contract. I received an e-mail from Vodacom customer care on 4 February from a Cashandra Grosch (ref 008U-UZKC) confirming the number will be converted to prepaid on 29 February 2016.

On 1 March 2016 another debit of 348.59 was processed on my account for my subscription. I then contacted Vodacom again via telephone and spoke to a person named Mosiwa, who again confirmed the account was changed to a prepaid on 29 Feb and that the payment on 1 March was for January 2016. They confirmed at that point that the final debit order for the Feb 2016 billing period will be processed at end of March 2016.

On 1 April what should have been the final debit order of 348.59 was processed, but there were 2 more debit orders processed on 3 May and 1 June, both for 348.59. Please explain the following:

1) Why was contract not converted to prepaid as confirmed by Vodacom employees?

2) How and when refund will be made for the 2 additional payments and for the bank transaction charges of R8 for each of these payments?

3) Can it be finally confirmed that the number has been converted to prepaid?

Please contact me via e-mail to resolve the matter urgently.
