Poor service from Vodacom

i ordered a home internet package through Vodacom on Black Friday however it hasn't been delivered to date. I spoke to different people from Vodacom who all promised to send my package for delivery but nothing happened. i called them today only to be told that my deal was cancelled and i will not be getting it with the same pricing.
