Poor service from upgrades callcentre

Hi.

Its been 2 weeks trying to upgrade in existing contract with Vodacom. I spoke to Kingsley last Friday at Vodacom upgrades, who confirmed everything. I asked if stock was available for the P9 Huawei, he said yes. Tuesday Vodacom confirmations calls me to verify (which i did), and was told that the phone will be delivered on Wednesday.

I waited and no delivery (Wednesday), I called Vodacom upgrades this morning and spoke to Moeder, who promised to call me back - she never did. I called the upgrades this evening and was told that there is no stock of the phone.

How is it possible that I'm told that there is stock, and then no one contacts me to tell me otherwise. The call centre agents **** to me on stock, and also delivery date.

The staff are of no help, last Thursday while I was voicing my dissatisfaction to another agent in the upgrades department, she arrogantly asks me if I want her to sort my problem out or not and cuts my call.

For all this grief, I could have just walked into a Vodacom store and done my upgrade, then to receive bad, &tempremental service from staff who lie to me.

Mr Naidoo

********** 883

Greetings.
I asked for the sales agent to contact me, no reply, I asked for a manager to call me no response. Instead Vodacom cancelled my upgrade, telling me to go into a store.
So when Vodacom is wrong, you shunt your client and not face them with your wrong doings.
